Yanco Siena Collection

Siena is white china with an embossed rim — a raised relief band worked into the edge rather than a printed or colored one. The 15 items are mostly traditional banquet geometry: round plates, oval platters, a soup/salad plate, a pasta bowl, a soup cup, a sauce dish and a cup and saucer. That is enough to set a full cover — a complete service in a small stock count, not a group of accent plates.

What's in the Siena line

• Round plates at 7", 8", 10 1/2" and 12"
• Oval platters at 10" x 7", 12" x 8 3/4" and 14" x 9 3/4"
• A 9" soup/salad plate at 8 oz and a 10 1/2" pasta/salad bowl at 12 oz
• Square bowls at 7" (16 oz) and 8" (24 oz) — the only two angular pieces in the line
• A 4" soup cup at 8 oz, a 4 1/2" sauce dish at 6 oz, the SI-001 coffee/tea cup at 7 oz and the 6" SI-002 saucer

About the embossed rim

The rim is named in 13 of the 15 product titles. The exceptions are two oval platters, SI-210 and SI-214, listed as plain white while the SI-212 between them in the same size ladder is listed as embossed — most likely a gap in the listing rather than three different platters, but worth confirming if a matched rim across all three sizes matters. The practical case for a relief edge over a printed band is that there is no color to match at reorder.

The full Yanco range lists all the patterns. For the same rounds-and-ovals shapes without a relief edge, Yanco Mayor is a narrow-rim super white line and Yanco Recovery a larger American white program with platters, mugs and tea cups. Email sales@nishienterprise.com or call (732) 790-0199.
