By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. General These Terms govern all purchases made through nishienterprise.com, by phone, or by email. Nishi Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information but are not responsible for typographical errors, and we reserve the right to correct any such errors, cancel orders, or refuse orders arising from them.
- Some items may require a minimum order quantity, as noted on the applicable product page.
- We are happy to provide quotes for large orders and, for select equipment categories, may offer price matching at our sole discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Orders may also be placed by phone or email; however, we do not accept credit card numbers over the phone. A secure payment link will be sent to your email instead.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Standard, Next Day Air, and Two Day Air shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping is provided at an additional cost to the customer.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable, including in the case of a return.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships from our warehouse.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking FeesAll sales are subject to the following return conditions. Returns are not free, and customers are responsible for understanding these terms before requesting a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, free from damage, and securely repackaged.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price will be charged on all approved returns, except where the return is a direct result of an error by Nishi Enterprise Inc. (such as shipment of the wrong item or a defective product received as delivered).
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Some items are marked as non-returnable on their product pages and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Special order items and items shipped directly from the manufacturer are not guaranteed to be eligible for return. Any such return request must be submitted to and separately authorized by our team before an item is shipped back.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns sent to us without prior approval may be refused, and no refund or restocking will be issued for such shipments.
- Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@nishienterprise.com or (732) 790-0199 to request a return.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a return authorization number along with instructions for returning the item.
- Items returned without a return authorization number are not guaranteed to be accepted or refunded.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at (732) 790-0199 orsales@nishienterprise.com. Photograph all visible damage before taking any further action, including before discarding packaging. Claims submitted without documentation may not be eligible for replacement, repair, or refund. The restocking fee outlined in Section 5 does not apply to items confirmed to be damaged or defective due to our error.
7. Warranties Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the original manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and limitations. Nishi Enterprise Inc. makes no independent warranty beyond what is expressly stated on the product page or provided by the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nishi Enterprise Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. In-Person Purchases Customers are welcome to visit our warehouse at 4455 S Clinton Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 to view products in person. In-person purchases are subject to the same return and restocking fee policy described in Section 5, unless otherwise agreed to in writing at the time of sale.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
