A sheet pan rack is one of the most practical pieces of equipment in any commercial kitchen. It keeps full-size sheet pans organized, off countertops, and easy to access during prep, baking, cooling, and storage. Whether you are proofing dough, cooling freshly baked naan, staging prepped ingredients for service, or transporting food between kitchen and service areas, a pan rack keeps everything organized and moving efficiently. We carry Winco aluminum sheet pan racks in 10-tier and 20-tier configurations, all NSF listed and built for daily commercial use.

10-Tier Pan Racks

Our 10-tier pan racks hold up to 10 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans with 3 inches of spacing between each tier. They are a good fit for smaller kitchens, bakeries, and prep stations where space is limited but you still need organized vertical pan storage. We carry the Winco ALRK-10 which ships knocked down for flat-rate shipping and easy assembly, the ALRK-10BK with locking brake casters for kitchens where the rack needs to stay in place during service, and the AWRK-10 which ships fully welded for maximum rigidity and an 800 lb weight capacity. All 10-tier racks measure 21" x 26.5" x 39" when assembled.

20-Tier Pan Racks

For higher-volume kitchens, bakeries, catering operations, and any kitchen that runs through a lot of sheet pans during service, the 20-tier racks double your storage in the same footprint. The Winco AWRK-20 is a welded 20-tier rack with brake casters and an 800 lb capacity, standing 70 inches tall. We also carry a full-length rack cover that fits all 20-tier Winco racks (ALRK-20, ALRK-20BK, and AWRK-20) to protect pans from dust, debris, and contamination during storage or transport.

Knocked Down vs Welded

Knocked-down (KD) pan racks ship flat and are assembled on site, which keeps shipping costs lower and makes them easier to get through narrow doorways or into tight spaces. Welded racks arrive fully assembled and are more rigid out of the box, with no assembly required and no joints that can loosen over time. For kitchens that move racks frequently or load them heavily, welded racks are the more durable long-term choice. For kitchens with tight delivery access or limited budgets, knocked-down racks get the job done at a lower price point.
