Price Match Guarantee
At Nishi Enterprise, we work hard to offer competitive pricing on our commercial kitchen equipment. If you find a lower price from another authorized distributor, we want to know, and we'll do our best to match it.
Eligibility
- The Price Match Guarantee only applies to products that display the Price Match Guarantee badge on their product page.
- Products without the badge are not eligible for price matching, regardless of pricing found elsewhere.
- The competing price must be for the exact same item, same brand, model number, and configuration.
- The competing offer must come from an authorized distributor with the item in stock and available for purchase.
- Marketplace sellers (e.g., unauthorized eBay or Amazon third-party listings), auction sites, closeout sales, refurbished/used items, and clearance pricing are not eligible.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, submit one of the following as proof of the lower price:
- A written quote from another distributor showing the product, price, and date, or
- A screenshot or link of the competitor's website showing the product price, with a visible date and time stamp.
Send your proof to sales@nishienterprise.com along with the product name or SKU from our website. Our team will review your submission and respond with a decision.
Terms & Conditions
- Price match requests must be submitted before completing your purchase. Requests submitted after checkout will not be honored.
- Price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be approved.
- Nishi Enterprise reserves the right to verify the competitor's pricing, stock availability, and legitimacy before approving a match.
- Shipping costs, taxes, and installation fees are not included in the price comparison.
- This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
- Nishi Enterprise reserves the right to deny any price match request at its sole discretion.
