A refrigerated sushi display case keeps sushi, sashimi, and other raw fish preparations at safe temperatures while presenting them beautifully to customers at the counter. For sushi restaurants, Japanese restaurants, poke shops, seafood bars, and any operation that serves raw or chilled items at a sushi bar or front-of-house counter, a proper sushi case is essential for both food safety and presentation. We carry Turbo Air TSSC series sushi display cases in 48", 60", and 72" widths.
The Turbo Air TSSC-4 (48") is the most compact option, well suited for smaller sushi bars or restaurants that serve sushi as part of a broader menu rather than as the main focus. It provides enough display space for a solid selection of nigiri, rolls, and sashimi without dominating the counter.
The Turbo Air TSSC-5 (60") is the mid-range model, offering more display length for restaurants with a wider sushi selection or higher volume. For full-service sushi restaurants and high-volume sushi bars that need maximum counter presence, the Turbo Air TSSC-6 (72") provides six feet of display space to showcase an extensive menu.
All three models are built from 304 stainless steel with a mirror finish for a clean, professional look that reflects the quality of the food inside. Each case features a removable tempered glass top for easy cleaning and restocking, front and rear doors for access from both the customer and chef side, and comes prepiped for remote refrigeration so you can connect it to your existing cooling system. Every unit is ANSI approved and NSF 7 certified for foodservice sanitation standards.
When choosing a sushi display case, match the width to the number of items you typically display during service and the length of counter space available at your sushi bar. If you also serve cooked appetizers or hot items alongside sushi, consider pairing the display case with our countertop merchandisers or bakery display cases to create a complete front-of-house display setup.
