The Robot Coupe R2N is a compact tabletop model with a 3 qt. batch bowl, continuous feed head, smooth "S" blade, and two slicing/grating discs. It chops, emulsifies, kneads, grinds, slices, grates, and juliennes all in one unit, making it ideal for daily prep in kitchens of any size. The R2UB is a batch bowl only version with a stainless steel bowl for operations that primarily need chopping, pureeing, and emulsifying without continuous feed. The R2DICE adds a dicing function with four discs and a 2 HP motor for kitchens that need precise, uniform cuts for soups, stews, salsas, and mise en place.

For high-volume kitchens that process large quantities of texture-modified foods, soups, sauces, baby food, or purees for healthcare and hospitality settings, the Robot Coupe Blixer series is purpose-built for smooth, consistent results. The Blixer 3 (3.7L) and Blixer 4 (4.5L) are countertop models with 1.5 HP motors and 3,000 RPM speeds for achieving the smoothest textures. The lineup scales up through floor-standing models including the Blixer 10 (11.5L), Blixer 15 (15L), and larger models up to the Blixer 60 (63 qt.) for operations processing hundreds of portions per batch.
