Rotoquip RD30 Naan and Roti Oven
The Rotoquip RD30 is a commercial rotating flatbread oven that produces up to 300 naan, roti, pita, chapati, or other flatbreads per hour. That is roughly 10 times the output of a traditional tandoor clay oven, with a fraction of the heat, labor, and training required. The RD30 accommodates 7 pieces of bread at a time on a rotating platform, cooking them evenly with three independently controlled gas burners and an adjustable motor speed. It heats up in about 10 minutes compared to the 30 to 40 minutes a clay tandoor needs, and any member of kitchen staff can operate it after minimal training.
We carry the RD30 in multiple configurations: the ETL and NSF certified model approved for commercial use in the USA and Canada, the RD30 Deluxe model with glass viewing window, and the standard RD30 gas model. The conveyor system rotates skewers automatically over powerful infrared gas burners, cooking evenly on all sides with variable speed and temperature controls. We carry two sizes: the 30-inch cooking area model (52" total width) and the 36-inch cooking area model (61" total width). Both come with 25 specially designed 8mm stainless steel skewers and feature removable drip trays, covers, and panels for easy cleaning.
