The Waring Big Stik series is built for high-volume kitchens that need a straightforward, powerful stick blender. The Waring WSB60 has a 16" sealed stainless steel shaft with variable speed control, a good fit for mid-size pots and everyday blending tasks. The Waring WSB65 steps up to an 18" shaft and handles up to 35 gallons, while the Waring WSB70 reaches 21" and can process up to 50 gallons. All three have removable shafts that are dishwasher safe for quick cleanup between tasks.
For kitchens that need more versatility or finer control, the Robot Coupe lineup offers variable speed motors and interchangeable attachments. The Robot Coupe MMP160VV is a compact mini immersion blender built for sauces, emulsions, and small preparations. The Robot Coupe CMP250VV is a 1/2 HP compact model with 310 watts and variable speed for restaurants and cafes handling batches up to 15 liters. For heavier workloads, the Robot Coupe MP350 Ultra VV delivers 1 HP and handles up to 50 liters, and the MP350 Combi Ultra adds a 10" whisk attachment for beating, kneading, and emulsifying in addition to standard blending.
Every immersion blender in this collection features stainless steel construction, sealed shafts for safe use in hot liquids, and removable parts for easy cleaning. When choosing the right size, match the shaft length to the depth of the pots and containers your kitchen uses most. A 16" shaft works well for standard stock pots and cambro containers, while 18" and 21" shafts are better for large batch cooking in tilting kettles, brazier pots, or oversized stock pots.
