The Deli Collection is one product in several sizes, and it is worth saying so plainly: 18 items, all of them scallop-edged melamine display trays, made in six footprints and three colors. There are no plates, bowls or cups in this line. It exists to line a refrigerated case or a counter, and the shape of the range follows from that — long and narrow for case shelves, wider and deeper where the product has bulk.
The six footprints
| 13-1/2" x 5-1/4" x 1" | Narrow case tray, case of 12 |
| 14" x 5-1/4" x 1" | Narrow case tray, case of 6 |
| 19" x 5-1/4" x 1" | Long narrow case tray, case of 12 |
| 21" x 5-1/4" x 1" | Longest narrow tray, case of 12 |
| 14" x 9-1/2" x 2" | Wide tray, case of 6 |
| 17-1/2" x 6-3/4" x 2" | Deep tray, case of 6 |
Four of the six share a 5-1/4" width and a 1" wall, so they line up end to end across a shelf with no stepping. The other two are the deep pair at 2" — the extra inch is what lets them carry salads, dressed items and anything that will not sit still on a flat tray. Note that the 13-1/2" and 14" narrow trays are close enough in length to look interchangeable but ship in different case quantities, twelve against six.
Three colors, every size
Each footprint is made in white, black and a red body with black speckles, and every size is available in all three, so a case can be laid out in one color or banded by product type. White: DC-6013W, DC-6014W, DC-6019W, DC-6021W, DC-6114W and DC-6117W. Black: DC-6013B, DC-6014B, DC-6019B, DC-6021B, DC-6114B and DC-6117B. Red with black speckles: DC-6013R, DC-6014R, DC-6019R, DC-6021R, DC-6114R and DC-6117R.
The item numbers are readable once you know the rule: the first digits give the family — 60xx for the 1" narrow trays, 61xx for the 2" deep ones — the next two give the length in inches, and the final letter is the color. A DC-6019B is a 19" narrow tray in black. Ordering by that pattern is faster than working from a photograph, particularly when you are replacing broken trays out of a case that has been running for years.

If you need display surfaces for a front-of-house counter rather than a cold case, the Osaka collection carries white rectangular display plates up to 21" x 13", and Yoto offers footed display plates in green.
