Coupe Pattern is plain white melamine with no rim at all — the surface sweeps from edge to well in one curve. Twenty-two items, and the whole argument for the line is the plate ladder: nine round sizes from 7" to 18", which is wider than any other melamine service Yanco makes. Product records for these plates carry an NSF certification marker, which matters if your health department asks.
Nine round sizes
The rounds go 7", 9", 10", 11", 12", 13", 14", 16" and 18". Note the numbering switches at 16" — the big two are CO-1016 and CO-1018, not CO-116 and CO-118, so quote them carefully. One-inch steps between 9" and 14" are unusual; most lines jump two inches at a time, and the extra rungs let a kitchen size a plate to the portion instead of the other way round.
Ovals add five more: 8" x 5.5", 10" x 7", 12" x 8.5", 14" x 10" and 16" x 12".
Two bowl families at the same capacities
Coupe Pattern carries six bowls in two distinct shapes, and they overlap in capacity — read the dimensions, not the ounces. The CO-3 series is deep and narrow: CO-306 (16 oz, 6.5" x 2.5"), CO-307 (32 oz, 7.5" x 2.875") and CO-308 (36 oz, 8.5" x 3.5"). The CO-4 series is wide and shallow: CO-408 (18 oz, 8.75" x 2"), CO-410 (32 oz, 9.875" x 2.25") and CO-411 (36 oz, 11" x 2.5"). CO-307 and CO-410 both hold 32 oz; CO-308 and CO-411 both hold 36 oz. The deep pair keeps broth hot and contained, the wide pair spreads a composed salad or a grain bowl out flat.
Cup and saucer
Beverage service is a single pairing, and it comes from outside the CO- numbering: the NS-9011W cup (8 oz) and NS-9012W saucer (5.5") are white versions of pieces Yanco also lists under Nessico. They match the coupe plates in color but are catalogued separately, so order by model number.
