The white five-and-a-half-inch saucer, which goes under both Nessico cup shapes and under the smaller bowls when something needs an underliner. Three-quarters of an inch tall.

White is the version that works with every other finish in the collection, and that matters because saucers get mixed in the wash and rarely come back to the table with the cup they left on. Melamine keeps the edge intact through years of stacking, where a china saucer in the same service would be chipped along the rim within a season. The well is moulded, not applied, so nothing collects at a joint. Forty-eight pieces to a case.
