Yanco YO-7001 Yoto Melamine 6" Spoon, Green — Case of 72 (6 dz)

The only flatware in the Yoto range: a six-inch Asian soup spoon with the deep, flat-bottomed bowl that lets it sit level in a ramen bowl instead of sinking. An inch and a half across the bowl holds a proper mouthful of broth with a noodle or two in it.

Melamine spoons do not conduct heat the way metal does, so one left standing in a hot soup can still be picked up. They also go through a dish machine and a sorting bin without bending. Seventy-two to a case is the highest count in the pattern, which matches how quickly spoons disappear. Green tea matte with brown edging.
