Yanco YO-5009 Yoto Melamine 9" x 3-1/2" Ramen Bowl 50 oz, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Fifty ounces is the largest capacity in the Yoto pattern, and this nine-inch bowl is where it lives: a full ramen service with broth, noodles, egg, nori and chashu, or a shared soup for two. The 3-1/2 inch wall is deep enough that contents sit well below the rim even when filled generously.

A china bowl of this volume is heavy before anything goes into it. Melamine takes most of that weight out, which the staff carrying it notice over a shift. The surface resists the staining that tonkotsu and miso broths leave on porous ceramic. Safe through a dish machine, green tea matte with brown edging.
