Yanco YO-4012 Yoto Melamine 12" x 4" x 3/4" Rectangular Display Platter With Foot, Green — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve inches long and only four across, this is the narrowest of the four footed rectangular display platters, a strip platter on a pedestal meant for a row of amuse-bouche, three dessert bites, or a line of sushi presented above the rest of the table.

Narrow shapes like this let a station carry more variety in the same frontage, since each one claims very little depth. The foot is part of the moulding, with no glued joint to fail. Three-quarters of an inch of wall keeps a garnish in place. Break-resistant melamine that will not chip at the corners, cleaned in a standard rack, in Yoto green matte with a darkened perimeter.
