Yanco YO-3009 Yoto Melamine 9-1/2" x 6-3/4" x 3/4" Deep Rectangular Sushi Plate, Green — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Widest of the four sushi plates at 6-3/4 inches, this 9-1/2 inch rectangle has the surface area for a full roll laid out in eight pieces with wasabi and ginger beside it. That generous width is what separates it from the narrow strip plates in the same family, which suit single lines of food.

It doubles as an appetizer plate on Western menus and as a bread plate on a shared table. The deep rectangular well keeps a wet garnish from reaching the cloth. Built from break-resistant melamine, dishwasher safe, finished in the collection's muted green with a brown outer edge that picks out the rectangle.
