Yanco WD-409 Wooden Tray Melamine 9-3/4" x 7-1/2" Rectangular Tray, Brown — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Scaling up to 9-3/4" by 7-1/2", the WD-409 takes a burger with a side basket, a sandwich board for one, or a bento-style arrangement of three small dishes. The step up from the 8-1/2" tray adds roughly half again as much surface while keeping the same stable rectangular footprint.

Specifications

Bamboo-grain printing is sealed into break-resistant melamine, which is what lets this tray ride a commercial wash cycle twice a day for years. Fast-casual operators tend to standardise on the middle size because it suits a single diner without dominating a two-top. Scratch-resistant throughout.
