Yanco WD-2615 Wooden Tray Melamine 15-1/2" x 3-1/2" Rectangular Sushi Tray, Golden Oak — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Keeping the 3-1/2" width of its shorter sibling and stretching to 15-1/2", the WD-2615 is a sushi tray sized for a two-roll presentation or a boat-style assortment served to a pair of diners. Nearly four extra inches of length is the difference between a crowded tray and one where each cut piece has its own footing.

Specifications

Length like this also works for a shared appetiser run down the middle of a four-top. The Golden Oak face is moulded into break-resistant melamine, which matters on a board this long: a timber plank of the same span tends to warp after a few hundred wash cycles. Dishwasher safe.
