Yanco WD-2612 Wooden Tray Melamine 11-3/4" x 3-1/2" Rectangular Sushi Tray, Golden Oak — Case of 36 (3 dz)

Widening to 3-1/2" changes what a sushi board can hold. Where the 2-1/4" tray takes a single file of nigiri, this 3-1/2" sushi tray has room to lay a cut roll across the short axis with a wasabi mound and pickled ginger beside it, all within an 11-3/4" run.

Specifications

That extra width also suits dessert plating and small-bite tasting menus outside a sushi bar. Melamine takes the Golden Oak grain as a sealed printed surface, so repeated washing does not fade or raise it the way it would on a lacquered wooden geta. Break-resistant construction.
