At 2-1/4" across, the WD-2610 is a sushi tray cut for one lane of nigiri and nothing else. A sushi chef lays five or six pieces nose to tail along its 10-1/2" length and the tray disappears under them, which is exactly the intention: the rice sits on a wood-toned stage, not on a field of empty surface.

The narrow profile also lets a counter run several boards side by side where a wider server would force a second row. Golden Oak colouring is moulded through the melamine face, so soy and citrus wipe off instead of soaking in as they would on untreated timber. Dishwasher safe, break-resistant.
