Yanco WD-2312 Wooden Tray Melamine 11-3/4" x 2-3/4" Square Bowl 3 qt, Golden Oak — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Three quarts in an 11-3/4" square, 2-3/4" deep at the wall. The WD-2312 is the buffet-scale bowl of this run: a bulk salad on a line, a heap of fruit, a pasta station vessel that staff can lift and swap without two hands underneath. Its mouth matches the 11-3/4" square platter.

Specifications

Volume at this scale usually means weight, and a stoneware bowl of the same capacity would need two people to change out mid-service. Moulded melamine keeps the empty weight trivial. Twelve to a case. Golden Oak grain sealed into the face, and the walls take a ladle edge without scoring through.
