Yanco WD-221 Wooden Tray Melamine 21" x 12-1/2" Rectangular Tray, Brown — Case of 6

Twenty-one inches by twelve and a half is banquet scale. The WD-221 is a base layer — the surface a buffet station is built on, the tray a chef loads with twenty portioned canapes, the board that carries a whole roast out to a carvery. Six to a case because the pieces are large, not because they are delicate.

Specifications

Over an area this size a real timber plank would cup within a season of washing; moulded melamine holds flat. The brown wood figure reads convincingly across a room under banquet lighting, and the surface takes a serving fork without scoring into the body. Wipe down, rack, repeat.
