Yanco VS-404 Versailles Chinaware 4" x 2" Bouillon Cup 8 oz, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)
A bouillon cup is a soup vessel you drink from as much as spoon from, and eight ounces in a four-inch round is the traditional portion: consomme, a clear broth course, or a cup of soup alongside a sandwich.
Two inches of wall holds that volume with a finger of freeboard, so a server can set it down without slopping. It sits on the VS-106 bread plate as an under-liner if the service calls for one. Because the walls are close to vertical rather than flared, the contents hold temperature through a slow course. Fully glazed chinaware, magnesia body, dishwasher safe, three dozen to a case.
