Yanco VS-106 Versailles Chinaware 6-1/2" x 3/8" Round Plate, Bone White — Case of 36 (3 dz)
Six and a half inches is the bread-and-butter round: it takes a dinner roll and a butter pad, or a side of pickles, without claiming space the entree plate needs. Three-eighths of an inch through the body, so a column of three dozen is manageable by hand at a plating station.
The narrow rim leaves the bulk of the surface flat and usable, which matters at this diameter. In cafe service the same plate doubles as a cookie or petit-four liner beside a cup, and as an under-liner for the VS-404 bouillon cup. Bone white chinaware on a magnesia body, fully glazed, so grease and sauce lift off in the machine.
