Nineteen inches long and nine wide, with a 2-1/2" wall holding forty-eight ounces. This deep platter belongs in the centre of a table or on a buffet — a whole branzino, a porchetta carved and fanned, a mound of seafood on ice. The wall rises far enough that braising liquid travels with the food.
