Yanco UN-608 Universe Chinaware 8-1/4" x 2" Salad / Soup Bowl 30 oz, White and Blue — Case of 12 (1 dz)

At 8-1/4 inches across, the UN-608 is the sharing size of the Universe salad bowl, an inch and a half wider than the 6-3/4 inch bowl and rated to 30 ounces. It is also shallower than the smaller one at 2 inches, so the volume comes from width rather than depth and the contents lie open to view.

That wide, shallow profile is what a dressed salad wants: leaves stay in a layer instead of compressing at the bottom, and tongs can get underneath them. The same bowl works for one generous portion of pasta. Twelve to a case, one dozen.
