Yanco UN-603 Universe Chinaware 2-1/2" x 3/4" Sauce Dish 1 oz, White and Blue — Case of 48 (4 dz)

The UN-603 is a 1 ounce sauce dish, 2-1/2 inches across and three-quarters of an inch high. It is the item a table runs out of: soy, ponzu, wasabi, chilli oil, aioli, a pat of butter, a pour of vinegar for oysters. One ounce is a single diner's dip, which is why they go out three and four at a time.

A low wall means a chopstick or a demitasse spoon reaches the bottom without tipping the dish over. The Universe swirl is scaled down so it still shows under a clear sauce. Forty-eight to a case, four dozen, a third more than the 36-piece Universe cases because the usage rate demands it.
