At 13-1/4 by 7-1/2 inches, the UN-213 is where the Universe rectangles start to have real table presence: a platter for a shared main, a mixed grill, a family-style vegetable course or a dessert run down the middle of a four-top. The wall steps up to 1-1/2 inches here, a quarter inch more than the two shorter rectangles.

That extra depth matters once a platter carries anything wet, such as braised meat, a saucy stir-fry, or roasted vegetables that have given up liquid. Fired chinaware washes clean and resists staining from turmeric and tomato. Twelve to a case, matching the other full-size Universe servers.
