Yanco SW-213 Sea Wave Chinaware 13" x 8-1/4" Rectangular Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Thirteen by 8-1/4 inches is the mid-size rectangular server, offering one hundred seven square inches of working surface on a full inch of body.

It handles a shared entrée for two, a mixed grill, or a dessert flight of five or six portions without anything touching. In proportion it sits closer to a classic oval than the narrow 12 inch runner does, so it suits a kitchen that wants a clean rectangular edge with something near a round platter's capacity. That inch of thickness resists flexing when a server lifts the piece loaded from one end. Cases hold twelve.
