Yanco ST-508 Stone Art Melamine 8-3/4" x 2-7/8" Noodle Bowl 35 oz, Concrete Gray — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The ST-508 noodle bowl is the full-size ramen format: 8-3/4 inches across, 2-7/8 inches deep, 35 ounces.

Against the ST-507 it adds an inch of width and three eighths of depth, taking three ounces more broth, which is the margin between a lunch bowl and a dinner bowl. Pho, udon, laksa and a loaded tonkotsu all fit without the diner fishing for the noodles. The Stone Art finish is matte concrete gray flecked with grit, and it hides the grease film that gloss bowls show between washes. Twenty-four to a case.
