Yanco ST-308 Stone Art Melamine 8" x 2" Salad Bowl 30 oz, Concrete Gray — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The ST-308 is a salad bowl 8 inches across and 2 inches deep, rated at 30 ounces — an entree salad, a poke build, a grain bowl or a shared side for two.

Its proportions are deliberately squat: a wide floor gives staff room to toss and dress in the salad bowl itself rather than transferring from a mixing basin. Stone Art's concrete gray speckle makes a bright salad read well against a muted ground, which is why the finish turns up so often on photographed menus. Melamine, dishwasher safe, three dozen to a case.
