The ST-307 noodle bowl opens to 6-7/8 inches and holds 30 ounces at 2-1/2 inches deep.

Six ounces more capacity than the ST-306 comes from width rather than depth — this bowl is a quarter inch shallower — so toppings spread across the surface where a diner can actually see them. That suits a composed ramen with egg, nori and chashu laid out in sections, or a grain bowl built the same way. The Stone Art surface is matte concrete gray shot through with dark speckle, and the melamine body will not craze under a hot broth ladle. Thirty-six noodle bowls to the case.
