Yanco SN-609 Sentry Melamine 9" x 3-1/4" Noodle Bowl 48 oz, White and Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Nine inches wide, 3-1/4 inches deep, 48 ounces. This is the large-format noodle bowl in the Sentry 600 series, the one a kitchen uses for a loaded ramen, a pho tai, or a shared serving of soup noodles.

Three and a quarter inches of depth is where a bowl stops being tableware and starts being a working vessel: a cook can ladle broth in at the station without it coming over the side. Forty-eight ounces also makes it usable for prep and for service behind the line. Sentry ships it a dozen to a case.
