Yanco SN-210 Sentry Melamine 10" x 7-1/8" x 1" Oval Plate, White and Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

An oval measuring 10 by 7-1/8 inches, walled at 1 inch, serves as the appetizer plate in the Sentry line. The long axis suits anything laid out in a row: three crab cakes, a skewer, a fillet with its garnish trailing behind it.

Ovals plate differently from rounds, because the eye follows the length and a small portion fills the dish. Kitchens pair this one with the 12 inch and 14 inch Sentry ovals for coursed service, where the shapes match and the sizes step up. Melamine keeps it light enough to carry three to an arm. Cases run 24 pieces.
