Yanco SN-109 Sentry Melamine 8-7/8" x 7/8" Round Deep Plate, White and Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

An 8-7/8 inch round sits in the gap between a salad plate and a full dinner cover, and that gap is what a lunch plate is for. The well is shallow at 7/8 inch, so a sandwich and chips read as a generous plateful rather than a sparse one.

Cafes, hotel breakfast rooms and trayline operations use this size for single-entree midday menus. The Sentry wash gives a plain round some depth of field under warm light, and melamine keeps the weight down for staff carrying four covers at a time. Twenty-four pieces to a case covers a two-dozen rotation with one spare set in the rack.
