Twenty ounces makes this a two-drink mixing glass: working volume enough to build a pair of cocktails in one pass, or one long drink together with its ice, without the contents riding up to the lip every time the spoon moves.

It carries the same 3-1/2 inch mouth as the 16 ounce size on half an inch more height, so one bar can run both off a single rack and a single set of strainers. Clear SAN polymer survives being dropped into a sink full of ice, which is more than can be said for the glass version. Supplied in cartons of twenty-four, free of BPA, and rated for washing.
