Ten and a half inches across and rated at sixteen ounces, the SH-310 is the larger of Shanghai's two soup plates, with four ounces more capacity than the SH-308 across an inch and a half more width. That extra room matters for a main-course soup: a pho, a cioppino, something with solids in it that needs to be seen.

The wide rim of this soup plate gives a server somewhere to hold it when the contents are hot. It is laid the way a plate is laid, sitting on a charger rather than travelling in a bowl rack. Twelve to a case.
