Thirteen and a half inches long but six and a half wide, the SH-213 is the long rectangular platter a sushi counter runs down the middle of a table. Rockeye carries the same thirteen and a half by six and a half footprint as the RO-2114, so the mould is already proven on this store.

The length takes a full roll cut into eight with a mound of ginger at one end, or an eight-piece sashimi service laid edge to edge. Twelve to a case reflects both the footprint and the way a venue keeps a handful in rotation.
