Yanco SH-212 Shanghai Chinaware 12" x 8" Rectangular Platter, Bone White — Case of 12 (1 dz)
Twelve by eight inches makes the SH-212 the workhorse shape of a shared-plate menu: broad enough for a roasted vegetable spread, short enough to fit two across a standard four-top. Yanco cuts the identical footprint in Miami as the MM-12-RT, a sign this is a mould shared across lines rather than a Shanghai original.
The two and a half extra inches of width over the SH-211 change what the piece does, because food can be arranged in two rows instead of one. As a rectangular platter it holds a dozen pieces of nigiri with the rice facing the same way.
