Yanco RO-3116 Rockeye Chinaware 16" x 7-1/2" Rectangular Display Platter, White and Brown — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Sixteen by seven and a half, with a half-inch edge. At this length a rectangular serving platter starts to do the work of a station rather than a course: a whole fillet, a carved loin, a full tray of sushi rolls, a bread presentation for a table of eight.

The width stays modest so it can be set across a buffet rail or down the middle of a narrow banquet table without overhanging. A flat field and a shallow rise keep the focus on what is laid out. Twelve to the case. Chinaware, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
