Yanco RM-704BK Rome Melamine 4" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" Waterdrop Shape Dish Black 4 oz, Black — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A black waterdrop dish turns four ounces of condiment into part of the setting. Four inches from the rounded end to the tapered one, an inch and a half deep, it takes soy, a dipping oil, a chilli relish or a flavoured salt, and the dark interior keeps a used dish from looking used mid-service.

Small format, high turnover

Sauce vessels come back to the wash more often than anything else on a cover, so the body is moulded thick at the taper where a thin edge would chip. Six dozen come in the case, and paired with the white version of the same outline the shape lets a kitchen code condiments by colour instead of by memory.
