Yanco RM-4309 Rome Melamine 17-1/2" x 10-3/4" Display Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Seventeen and a half inches long by ten and three quarters wide, the RM-4309 is a display platter in the literal sense: it is bought to be loaded in the kitchen and set down full. An inch and a half of rise at the edge keeps a carved joint, a charcuterie build or a pastry arrangement from sliding off during the walk out.

A long rectangle for presentation

Past ten inches on the long side a rectangular piece becomes a platter, and this one is well past that line. White melamine gives the same uninterrupted field as a porcelain slab at a fraction of the carried weight, which is what makes a loaded platter manageable at arm's length over the walk from kitchen to table. Twelve fill a case.
