Yanco RM-4112BK Rome Melamine 12" x 5"H Square Bowl 8 qt, Black — Case of 6

At eight quarts the black square bowl becomes the dark base of a buffet rather than a vessel on it. Twelve inches square and five inches deep, it takes a full ice bed, a chilled salad for a banquet line, or a punch build, and the colour keeps melt water and crumbs from showing between top-ups.

Pairing the eight-quart with its smaller siblings

Rome's black squares climb in regular steps, from the six-inch at twenty-six ounces through the two-quart and the four-quart to this one, so a station can be built in one silhouette at four scales. Six arrive in each case. Break-resistant melamine takes the trolley knocks that would put a chip in a glazed rim.
