Yanco RM-216BK Rome Melamine 16" x 9-1/2" Rectangular Platter, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A black sixteen-by-nine-and-a-half platter, 1-3/4 inches deep. Caterers build the middle of a buffet from pieces this size: long enough to anchor a station, dark enough that whatever sits on it stands out under event lighting.

Two rows of food fit across the nine and a half inch width, and the depth suits a saucy preparation that would run off a flat board. Rome's dark rectangular run continues to eighteen inches above this platter and drops to fourteen below, so a station can be built in steps from one pattern. Melamine, dishwasher safe. Packed a dozen to the case.
