Yanco RM-114 Rome Melamine 14" Square Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

At fourteen inches square with a 1-3/4 inch wall this is a catering platter: the wall is deep enough that a dressed salad, a pile of wings or a tray of pastries can be loaded high without spilling on the walk from kitchen to buffet.

Two inches wider than Rome's RM-112 and half an inch deeper, which in practice is a different job rather than a bigger version of the same one. The square format tiles along a buffet line with no wasted gaps between pieces. White melamine takes the repeated loading and washing that a banquet rotation puts a platter through. Cases hold a dozen.
