Yanco RM-112 Rome Melamine 12" Square Platter, White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve inches square crosses out of plate service and into sharing: this is a platter, and the 1-1/4 inch rise around it is a wall rather than a lip. It takes a whole chicken jointed, a pile of flatbread, a cheese course for four, or the kind of tapas spread that a round piece wastes its corners on.

Set two down the middle of a long table and the squares line up where ovals would leave gaps. White melamine means this platter can be carried out loaded by a runner at the end of a twelve-hour day. Twelve to a case, one dozen.
