Yanco RM-032 Rome Melamine 3-1/2" Round Sauce Dish For RM-821, White — Case of 72 (6 dz)

This 3-1/2 inch round is cut to drop into the center well of the RM-821 four-compartment plate, which is why it exists as a separate item. At 1-1/4 inches deep it carries a dipping sauce clear of the rice and vegetables beside it, and it lifts straight out at the dish pit so the large plate goes through a rack without a pooled well.

Used away from the RM-821 it works as a loose condiment holder on a tray. Melamine survives the drop into a bus tub that ends a ceramic equivalent. Seventy-two to a case, because small rounds are the pieces a busy kitchen mislays.
