Six ounces, 3-7/8 inches across, two inches deep: the RK-106 is a ramekin in the dessert sense rather than the condiment sense. It is the size a pastry section uses for a baked custard, a pot de creme, a small cobbler or a creme brulee, and the two inch wall gives a water bath something to work against.

It also serves as a soup cup for a tasting flight or a side vessel for fruit compote.
