Yanco RE-45 Recovery Chinaware 3" Tea Cup 4.5 oz, American White — Case of 36 (3 dz)

The RE-45 is a three inch tea cup holding 4.5 ounces, handleless in the Chinese style and sized for the small, frequent pours that go with a pot on the table. Four and a half ounces cools to drinking temperature quickly, which is the point: the cup is refilled through the meal rather than nursed.

Without a handle to foul, the cups stack straight into one another, so a station stores a deep column of them in the depth a handled mug rack would need. An American White chinaware body, microwave-ready and rated for commercial dishwashing. A case holds thirty-six, roughly what an Asian dining room sets and clears over a single lunch service.
