Yanco RE-309 Recovery Chinaware 9-1/2" Compartment Plate, American White — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The RE-309 is a 9-1/2 inch compartment plate, divided so a protein, a starch and a vegetable each sit in their own well instead of running together on the way to the table. Tray service, school cafeterias and hospital meal carts are where a divided round earns its keep: the walls between compartments keep gravy off the salad through a flight of stairs or a warming cabinet.

Dimensionally it sits between the RE-8 nine inch round and the RE-9 at 9-3/4, so it drops into an existing Recovery dish rack without a new slot size. Dishwasher safe and microwave safe, which matters on a divided plate that often goes into a reheat cycle with the meal already portioned onto it.
