Yanco RE-19 Recovery Chinaware 13-1/2" x 9-1/2" Platter, American White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

An oval platter 13-1/2 inches by 9-1/2 inches with a 1-1/2 inch wall, the size a kitchen reaches for when a dish is meant to be set down and shared: a whole roast fish, a mezze spread, a carved portion with its trimmings arranged alongside. More than thirteen inches on the long axis puts it well into platter territory.

The oval reads generously on a table without taking the square footage a round of the same capacity would, which matters on a banquet layout where covers sit close. The raised edge holds pan juices. Two wider ovals sit above it in the Recovery line, at 15-1/2 inches and 18 inches. A dozen to the carton.
